| Hi Jaryk, I've sent mutiple emails since March. One of the dongles I ordered is missing the FULL version of Bioera -- it only has the updates. Where do I send it back for a refund please? |

We have not received any of your emails. Maybe you can try to send again from another email account (like gmail).
The full installer version on any recent dongle is the same. If one of them has it, you can copy it over to the one that doesn't have it. |
