Hello I?m Mois?s a bioera (Bioera Pro 4.201) user from Brazil. I have been using the program for about 2 years now (I have the usb dongle license) and started using the program when you guys where partners with Braintraining. However, this week the flash drive with the license has stopped working. I tried it in other ports and other computers. It doesn?t make any sound; it doesn?t appear in the ?disks? section from windows and I?m sure the drivers are all up to date.
I have contacted the Braintraining for support, but since the partnership has ended, they redirected me here. I hope this is the correct channel. I don?t know what we can do. I believe the flash drive itself has physically broken and I want to know how to solve it since I can?t use the training program now with my patients.
I use a Windows 11 machine, but have already tried using the flash drive in a Linux machine and in another notebook with an older windows version and it is like there is nothing being inserted.
Can we change my license for a computer one rather the dongle type? Will I need to buy a new usb dongle and have it shipped? Will I need to renew my license? Can I insert a working flash drive and trough remote support it be converted in a working usb dongle? Thanks in advance for the help and if there is anything else you guys need to know I will answer as fast as I can.
