The processors were originally made for phones and tablets and are the ARM architecture. MS created a version of windows to run on this processor but reports have indicated it is not working well I have been warning users who contact me to be very careful when verifying the processors used in new Laptops

There are a lot of differences and BioEra uses many native libraries which don't support ARM, so it is not just about java.
