Hello,

I recently got the Ganglion board and electrodes from openBCI and learned how to use them.  There's a "Focus Widget" that one can use for meditation, which plays music if you go into Alpha or lower (Theta, Delta) frequencies.  I need to be able to do the same thing, but start with Theta, not Alpha.  So the more Theta range waves, the higher the sound volume.  Some questions regarding this:

1. Is there an example I can just "copy and paste" that does something similar already, that I can tweak perhaps?

2. If not, how much programming knowledge is needed to come up with what I am looking to do?

3. Can BioEra app run while computer is not connected to the internet?

Thanks,
Ivan

BioEra comes with examples which demonstrate some simple functionality and it is similar to what you describe. For some people it may be a steep learning curve, best if you have some technical background.

I personally don't use sound volume as feedback, I have used sound pitch a lot. But volume should be possible in a very similar design.

Yes, BioEra can run without access to the internet.
