nwhittredge Joined: Jun 26, 2023 Posts: 2	Posted: Jun 26, 2023 2:53 PM    Post subject: dongle challenges I've managed to get my dongle for Bio-Explorer working on my new windows 11 desktop PC, but I have no luck with my other (older?) dongles for Bio-Era and HEG. When I open Bio-era, it does not recognize that a dongle is inserted. The green dongle does not light up when plugged into USB, and the purple one does. I'm not sure which is BioEra and which is the HEG. It's been at least 2 years since I used it. Is there any way to transfer a license or upgrade to a newer dongle that is compatible with the more recent drivers from Sentinel / Guardant / HASP ?

They are distinctly different means of connection. You should have a separate dongle or single license code from Jarek to run BioEra
