Hi Jarek and others,
I would like to edit a recorded EEG and remove some artifacts, to then calculate proper statistics.
I know this from other software, where I can CLICK into an Oscilloscope and SELECT artifacted EEG parts
with the mouse and then DELETE it. Afterwards running EEG statistcs.
Does anyone already has solutions or ideas for that in Bioera?
Thanks! |

BioEra's functionality is primarily about real time feedback. Less about data post processing or edition. It is possible to save all data into other formats (EDF or text) which then can be loaded into external editors like Microsoft Excel.
There is one option for edition: ReportGraph. It allows to statically view the data and also edit and export. For example in order to remove an artifact, select it on the ReportGraph chart (with a mouse) and then right click 'Delete'. After that the graph will resume without this segment. After all removal is done - export it to a file.
To see how this works load the example design SessionReportEEG. |
