Topic: Windows 10 no dongle found

It had the bioera software on it which I installed on Windows 10 machine. The key is on the usb device in text file. Is there a installation guide on how to install the dongle and register it. Bioera software is installed but it cannot get past the dongle screen. It say no dongle found. Dongle I received is with Neurobit Optima 4 device.

You might want to try it on Windows 7 (if you have one). Or purchase an upgrade to the latest BioEra version: http://proatech.com/products/bioerapro/license_extension.php I am not 100% sure though if that old dongle will work right away with latest version 4.130. I think it should.
