Hi,
I am connecting a Bluetooth device to BioEra and decode received data using a custom element. Then some filtration is done and the signal is displayed. Recently, I noticed that after a period of running some lag would appear between display and real events. Although, this lag is increasing with continuing the run. For example, I blinked and then I saw its effect on the displayed EEG signal even more than a second later.
Is there any idea about this? |

Try to start BioEra with console and look for any errors there.
If you see A LOT OF messages like "buffer overflow" then this might be mean the delay is in BioEra design.
If you do not see much there during your session (occasional warnings or normal messages at start are no problem, only repeated errors during session are to look for), then this might be a problem with the device or serial port driver. Bluetooth has tendency to slow down if connection link is weak or interfered with. |
