Ok something went wrong with the attempted post. I know I did this once many years ago but can not retrieve the snippet. I want to created multiple headers in and excel writer. I know to use the test set, I just can not remember what to use as a separator between the values in order to create multiple headers.
Thanks |

| Typically you use the same character between header names as selected in "Channel Separator". If that is a space, then just put 1 space between each header name. You can also use special characters there (which start with a backslash). |

apologize for being thick headed today.
I set the channel separator to semicolon. In the header field I entered the headers I wanted separated by semicolon but in the resulting file all the values were in the first column. I tried setting the headers via text set and property setter in the same way but with the same result.
I am not sure what I am doing wrong or if I misunderstood your reply
thanks for any help
