I am out of town and someone askedto see how BioEra works. I was not expecting this and do not have my dongle. I tried to install the demo hoping that would be a temporary fix jo I could run and EDF for the example, but when I attempted to run it I said dongle not detected, and would not run.
Is there a solution for this. If needed I can give you more computer info by email from my work email nsnfb@icloud.com

The Trial version doesn't use a dongle, so I don't know how this message could show up.
Did you install 4.027 version? I just downloaded it and installed and it works fine for me. |

| If you still have problems with the Trial version, try to manually remove BioEraTrial folder under "Program Files" and reinstall it again. |

Thanks. Uninstalled then reinstalled. Got an message for Invalid exit. Uninstalled installed onto desktop and it worked fine. I am looking forward to showing it off tomorrow.
