laravelian Joined: Mar 31, 2015 Posts: 4	Posted: Apr 16, 2018 3:12 PM    Post subject: License Code -> Dongle -> License Code I have a station that was originally registered via an activation code. At some point, one of the techs inserted a license dongle into the machine and used BioEra with it, and now the program is giving the Dongle Not Found error on startup when it is not plugged in. How can I configure BioEra to use the license code again, and not look for the dongle? Thanks
jarek Joined: Oct 22, 2007 Posts: 1073	Posted: Apr 16, 2018 4:37 PM    Post subject: You can do this by deleting file 'activation.bk' which is located under BioEraPro/config folder. After that you will need to activate again using your single computer license code. You could also restore the old activation.bk file from a backup (if you have one).
