Trying Version 4.020 on Windows 10, I encountered the following after saving and then starting designs with this version.

System Settings: Designer Container Size loses values.
Element Vector 3D Display: loses rotate, Shift position and Scale values

Sorry about that.

It will be fixed in version 4.021
