I bought ?BioEra Pro for Windows ? USB dongle(325$)? from you at about 2th Dec, but I still did not receive this goods till now. More than one month have been passed. And BioEra side still no way to offer the current status, and i still can not find any info about the tracking num(LK135174486US) which is offered in the web. So i decided to refund it, please make the money back to the same way. |

I am sorry you did not receive the dongle. The dongle was shipped, and according to the tracking info it is still in transit. Tracking in China is not always showing on that page.
I have refunded your payment.
If you receive the dongle, please do not use it and contact me first. |
