Setting up BioEra for the first time, under Tools / Device Selection - Manual, I got it to recognize my QDS NFK 256 Focus on Com 4. However Neither there nor in a DeviceSet element were there any configuration options (\"QDS Settings\") for for the device -- that tab is blank. So I can't, for example, tell one DeviceSet element to look at channel 1, and another to look at channel 2 -- in fact, I can't tell them to look at anything, beyond the QDS Focus itself.

What do I do?

There is no need to select a particular channel. Once you added a device, the driver element will have all channels available.
