Jarek,

I just downloaded the latest update and played around with the Vector2DDisplay for a while. This is something I have been thinking about requesting lately. I really like the way it works. Thanks for the addition.

There are some REALLY nice gamma corrected color gradients available for it here:
\"http://www.mrao.cam.ac.uk/~dag/CUBEHELIX/\"

The output is absolutely fantastic when fed via:
FFT -> Subvector -> TimeTransform(MAX,500ms,DownSample) -> Vector2D
All the alpha spindles etc show up really well, and if you use a color gradient having gamma 0.7 then the highbeta comes right up out of the mud too =)

went to the website and saw the gradients. They looked great. However I have no idea download one of the gradients in a form that will work with fft2d display.
Can help with this.

Thanks

Hi George, I went to his JavaScript gradient generator page:
http://www.mrao.cam.ac.uk/~dag/CUBEHELIX/cubetry.html
Typed in my parameters, and then right-clicked the displayed gradient to save it.
Once you have that, just open the image in Paint and crop it to be 1 pixel wide.
(I've emailed you my own assortment in various gamma's as well as Color and Monochrome.
