I'm having problems connecting with the Atlantis II. I just installed the software, but it says it is already expired. I downloaded the software about 3 weeks ago, though.
I have a passkey from BrainMaster for BioExplorer. Is this the same key that I need for BioEra?
I tried running the pacman session but there is no signal.

I don't think the passkey for BioExplorer will work with BioEra, you may want to verify with Brainmaster support.
