hello evreryone my name is hana and new here. i bumpd into the forum in search of a solution to a repting
problem with bioera pro.i'm trying to open the softwere and it says that file zero is missing, and that reinstall the softwere might solve this problem. well it didnt solve it, and i'm stuck. if anyone know a solution or a fixer file to bioera pro plese help me. thanks.

Hana,

This error indicates that something was wrong during installation.

1. What is the installer file name you are using to reinstall?
2. Do you have administrator rights on this computer?
