This issue is only affect one computer of mine. It's running windows 7. When I open the device (source) selection windows and select Neurobit from the Source pulldown menu and then go to the Neurobit Settings tab, the Device name pulldown menu is blank. On my other system, there is no issue and I can select Neurobit Optima 4 as I need to.

I am not sure why this is happening. The list should show the same on all computers.

As a way around, you can copy the file device.set which is located in BioEraProconfig folder from the computer where this worked, to the computer where it didn't. This should set your optima as the default device there.

I tried fiddling with the device.set file. Didn't fix the problem. In the design screen, the source module isn't even visible. I loaded the demo version and that one allows me to configure my neurobit as expected. I'm wondering if a previous version would allow me to get around the issue.

I researched this problem and I think this may have been fixed in the latest (development, unstable) version. Feel free to try it and see if it helped.

All you need to do is install this upgrade (no uninstallation is necessary).
