Hi
I just purchased a BioEra Pro for Windows - USB dongle. I got the package in the mail.
But I did not get a CD with the software on it. Where do I get it from. Am I supposed to download the trial version and then use the dongle to activate it?

Thomas,
the software is on the USB dongle which is also a flash drive. Insert it in, and look for drive called BIOERA, there you should find the software installers.
