Hello.
I have the USB dongle license for BioEra and after begin application on PC with Vista OS I'm receive message:\"USB dongle not detected\".
But on PC with Windows XP the application working correctly.

I am not sure what is causing that.

Do you see a drive named \"BIOERA\" after you insert the dongle? It should be visible under \"My Computer\" before bioera software is started.
