Greetings,
What is the procedure to obtain software updates? The download section requires login credentials which I don't have. My copy of BioEra was purchased as a package with an EEG device.

Hello,
in near future we are planning to add an option in menu to allow BioEra update to later version.
As of today, the procedure is to contact me by email and I provide a link to the latest upgrade, or post here on forum. Latest update is currently available here:
http://www.bioera.net/downloads/2.3/bioera-pro-2.3.103-upgrade-win.exe

This is correct, the development versions are released more often, but not tested or very little tested, so they are only for developers who wish to take a chance and participate in testing.
