If I buy the version of BioEra that requires a dongle, how long will it be before I receive it? I am in the UK. Would I be able to run the software on one computer before I receive the Dongle?
By the way, I have an Atlantis II - I assume the software will work on that device?

It usually takes about 2 full weeks for mail to arrive to UK. You can only run full BioEra Pro after you get the dongle.
Brainmaster Atlantis is supported, but you should ask this question to Brainmaster support. Also if you will require any additional passkey to run it with BioEra.
