I'm looking at the different EEG applications available and many of them have a tone generator. I'm trying to design a solution that plays a continuous sine wave tone at a certain frequency whose volume is adjusted based on the amplitude of a signal. Is that possible with this application?

Yes it is possible. There is even an example design which demonstrates it. Check the Trial version.
