two questions regarding the DAQ6008 object:

1. when trying to use it from the element list, an error message tells me that nicaiu.dll was not found. It is infact not in the BioEra folder. Where can I get that file? Does that come with the device?

2. the DAQ6008 seems to be not available anymore- the links in the BioEra manual do not work anymore. There is, however, an USB device \"NI USB-6008\". Would that be compatible?

1. Drivers does come with the device (on attached CD). But I believe they can also be downloaded from the ni.com website (perhaps this link: http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/lang/en/id/1368 ). The device works properly here and I found the nicaiu.dll file in Windows folder (along with many others).

2. I can't be certain if this device is fully compatible with the model I have here. But the SDK used to communicate with the device is common for entire DAQ family, so it is likely the BioEra driver will work just fine with the implemented options. DAQ devices provide different configurations so not all options may be implemented (or available), but I believe the main functions should work.
