I have the A3 Pocket Neurobics device. Dongle is connected and working properly. Everything is in proper order except that there is no communication between the device and the BioEra software. Error Message: Device pocket not found on COM 3 or 4.

Any suggestions are welcome.

have you checked on which serial port the Pocket device is installed?

You can find it out in Windows Device Manager (in Control Panel, open System, then switch to Hardware tab and open Device Manager). The Pocket Neurobics should be listed under Ports section.

Then in BioEra open menu Tools, then 'Device (source) selection', select Pocket EEG/HEG, click Apply, then on the Serial Port tab select the same port as above (in Device Manager). Click OK, and restart bioera.

The above should be good enough. If it is not, then it might be a good idea to ask Bruce McMillan (from Pocket Neurobics).
