Jarek,
I received the dongle today, but I am at a loss as to how to download the pro version of the software.
Also, it there a design that will go down to .001hz similar to Cygnet?

Dan,
The pro version is included on the dongle. Insert it and you should see a drive with 'BIOERA' label. You will find there installers. One is full version (which you need to install first), another is upgrade to the latest version, optional.
There are example designs available after start. You should be able to set any frequency, although I did not test so low.
