Hi,

I've just downloaded the BioEra Trial and am trying to play with it a bit using a Lightstone device I have at hand. The trial I've downloaded is 2.0.91. The Lighstone module/component does not seem to be an option when selecting sources, nevertheless it is listed in the manual as supported device. How do you access a Lightstone?

Thanks,
Wojtek

Wojtek,

the lightstone support was added recently, in 2.1 and new Trial version has not yet been released after that. Did you check the VID/PID codes of your device as described in manual? The driver might not work with older/other devices. If yours are the same let me know and I will accelerate new Trial version.

Jarek,

yes, I've got the exact version posted in the manual - vid 14fa, pid 0001. I'd appreciate you making the new trial available. What exactly does the driver support - both HRV and GSR?

Ok, I will try to release soon.

Yes, GSR, and oxygenation in the blood (which looks similar like ECG) which can be then used to calculate HRV or other analysis like heart rate. Please note, currently I don't have a design for HRV (there is one for heart rate posted in other thread here on forum), although it is definitely possible with what is available in BioEra now.

BioEra Trial 2.1 has been released.

To use Lightstone create a new design, because the examples loaded by default are good for neurofeedback only.

Just add Lightstone and Oscilloscope elements in the simplest design.

Jarek,

thanks a lot - I will take some time to play with it. Does BioEra allow parallel processing of signals from two (or more) biofeedback devices?

Yes, but only one can be connected from DeviceSet, others must be connected directly using their elements.
