I just downloaded the trial version (bioera-protrial-2.0.86_beta-full-win) and keep having this error.
\"bioera.exe - Unable to Locate Component\"
This application has failed to start because nicaiu.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.\"
Reinstalling the application just causes it to have a \"graphics error\" in additional to the aforementioned error.
The application seems to run, though I'm unable to connect to any sources. (The error pops up again when you try to access the connection wizard.)
I've tried it on two different systems, and I'm getting this same error.
Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hello,
thank you for this report. New version 2.0.91 has been released, after upgrade you should not see this error ever again.
